Terms And Conditions
- The owners offer the apartment as a holiday rental subject to confirmation. The apartment is for occupancy by only those who appear on the booking confirmation form.
- In order to book the apartment, the client must return the booking form along with the 20% deposit. Once this has been received a confirmation letter will be sent. This comprises the formal acceptance of the booking.
- The balance on the rental of the apartment plus the security deposit is due no less than 6 weeks before the property is to be rented. If the client does not send the balance by that due date the owners of the property have the right to cancel the booking and you will lose your deposit. In such circumstances the client will still have to pay the remaining balance unless the owners can make another booking for those exact dates. Bookings made within six weeks of occupation of the apartment will require full payment at the time their booking is made plus the security deposit.
- It is recommended that all clients obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy which includes cancellation cover; public liability, possessions etc as the owners insurance does not cover this and we will not be liable for any claims.
- The rental period of the property starts at 3pm on the first day of booking and ends at 12.00pm on the last day. The property must be vacated at this time. Please also note the property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
- The client by signing these terms and conditions agrees to be considerate to any neighbours and take good care of the property and its contents. A security deposit is required of £50 when making the final payment. This is in case the property is left in an unacceptable condition or if there is any breakages or damage. The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure on condition that the property has been left in good order and there are no breakages.
- If there are any faults within the apartment i.e. appliances or utilities the client agrees to contact the owner as soon as possible. Tel: +44 (0)1923 231820 The owner will then make every effort to rectify the situation as soon possible but cannot guarantee the situation will be fixed within the time the apartment is booked.
- The owner is not liable for any loss of public utilities or services to the apartment or for any equipment that may not work. The owners are also not liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred by the client while staying within the apartment or on the holiday itself. It is your responsibility to be extra careful when walking around the apartment, its garden, on any wet floors or when using the stairs.
- We have made every effort to ensure the information regarding the apartment is accurate. We are not liable for any aspects of the property or environment, which may have changed.
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking of the apartment due to unforeseen circumstances. Such circumstances include terrorists acts, war, strikes, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather or fire. We also reserve the right to terminate the holiday of any client, whose conduct or behaviour is disruptive to others. We accept no liability for any extra costs incurred by the client as a result of our doing so.
- These are the terms and conditions for renting the apartment. By the head of the booking party agreeing to sign the booking form the client and the other members of the party agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms any conditions are subject to English law.
